Qualifications

• Degree/credential in social services or related field required.
• Two+ years working with young children and families.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience with home visitation and group education preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and community resources.
• Experience serving diverse populations; strong communication skills.
• Flexible hours including evenings and some weekends.
• Good computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Deliver home visits and group connections to families.
• Maintain a caseload of 20 families and complete data entry on time.
• Administer developmental and sensory screenings as trained.
• Engage families to connect them with community resources.
• Participate in required trainings and reflect supervision sessions.
• Follow agency policies and CFR core values.
• Collaborate with program staff and partners to support families.
