Job summary

Orion Placement seeks a bilingual paralegal to join a leading personal injury firm in Beverly Hills. You will draft discovery motions, briefs, affidavits, and correspondence, and assist with all phases of discovery and trial preparation.

You will conduct factual investigations, analyze case data, and maintain organized case files while translating Spanish documents as needed. Expect mentorship from seasoned attorneys, deadlines-driven workflows, and a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents including discovery motions, summaries, briefs, affidavits, and correspondence.
• Conduct factual investigations and analyze case data to support litigation strategy.
• Perform legal research, organize case materials, and maintain detailed case files.
• Translate and interpret Spanish documents and dictations as needed.
• Assist in all phases of discovery and trial preparation, including coordinating exhibits and preparing binders.
• Monitor case progress, deadlines, budgets, and trial logistics.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure cases are trial-ready and thoroughly supported.
