Qualifications

• Prior First Party Property litigation preferred.
• Experience assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation.
• Must have prior experience and is not an entry level role.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys and senior paralegal in litigation tasks including scheduling, discovery, hearings, mediations and trial prep.
• Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Manage and organize case files for accuracy and accessibility.
