The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat. Availability Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST in the DC/MD/VA area is required.

• Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat; AI a plus.

• Reliable with prompt attendance and instruction adherence.
• On-site availability Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST in the DC area.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and forms: create lists in Spanish and verify accuracy.
• Client communication via call, text, and email to request documents.
• Compile and organize evidence into sections with paginated PDFs.
• Create a detailed table of contents by category and page numbers.
• Front desk support and professional client greeting tasks.
• Review incoming mail and monitor deadlines for follow-up actions.
• Assist with physical filings and ensure submissions meet deadlines.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
