Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
• On-site availability Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. EST.
• Located in the DC/MD/VA area.

Responsibilities

• Document Management: create Spanish lists and request documents.
• Data Entry Forms: ensure accuracy in forms.
• Client Communication: follow up with clients.
• Compilation: organize evidence by category.
• Document Preparation: assemble and paginate PDFs.
• Table of Contents Creation: create detailed table of contents with page numbers.
• Front Desk Support: greet clients and answer inquiries.
• Mail Review & Deadline Monitoring: monitor deadlines and follow-ups.
• Physical Filing Support: assist with filings to meet deadlines.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
