Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Georgia seeks a Store Associate to join our retail team. You will engage with wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while maintaining high quality displays and service to help achieve store sales goals.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing as needed, supporting deliveries, and staying informed about product features.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for now or in the future.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
