Job summary

Sherwin-Williams: SED is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Retail Store Associate to assist customers, answer questions, and drive sales. You will work closely with wholesale and retail clients to determine needs and present suitable solutions.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, tinting and mixing products, stocking displays, and delivering strong customer service while meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers and resolve concerns; meet store sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, identify needs, and recommend products and services.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications; stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately following store policies and procedures.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and assist with deliveries as needed.
