Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Store Associate to support our retail stores in Atlanta, GA. You will help customers choose the right paint and supplies, perform sales transactions, and maintain product displays to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will assist with tinting and mixing products, stock management, and deliveries as needed, while meeting store sales goals. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring excellent service.
• Experience in paint retail is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (when needed).

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone.
