Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Store Associate at our Conyers, GA location. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, present products, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing as needed, and processing transactions accurately. Must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain accurate work order files and accuracy in transactions
• Pull products from shelves or warehouse and assist in deliveries as needed
• Stock shelves and set up displays, while maintaining store standards
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options
• Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements
