Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Store Associate in Georgia to support retail and wholesale customers, determine needs, and recommend products. You will help with sales, tinting, stocking, and maintaining displays while delivering excellent service to ensure store goals are met.

Ideal candidates read and write English and Spanish, have a valid driver’s license, can lift up to 70 lbs occasionally, and are available for evenings/weekends. Prior retail or paint product experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies
• Stock shelves and maintain displays
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Participate in deliveries and loading/unloading as needed
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions in assigned areas
• Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss available options
• Support inventory controls and strive to improve sales
