Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in person, over the phone, and online.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with processing transactions and handling cash in a precise manner.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required to assist a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work orders and product inventory on the floor and in the back room.
• Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up and maintain displays.
• Keep store equipment clean and in good working order.
• Assist with delivery and stock replenishment as needed.
