Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance expectations.
• Must complete required HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventory.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Stock shelves and keep displays presentable.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss options with customers.
