Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Sugar Hill, GA to assist wholesale and retail customers, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions. You will resolve concerns promptly and ensure client satisfaction while supporting store sales goals and maintaining product quality.

Responsibilities include helping customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, stocking displays, tinting products, and ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventories.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse; tint and mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep store equipment clean.
• Assist in deliveries and unload/load trucks as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and available options.
