Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company’s Stafford, VA store is seeking a Customer Service Specialist. You will help wholesale and retail customers, answer product questions, and recommend the right solutions to maximize satisfaction while supporting sales goals.

The role covers in-store and phone assistance, accurate transaction processing, stock maintenance, tinting and mixing to customer specs, and delivering excellent service alongside others in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently; up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policy.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files and product formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and stay knowledgeable on products.
