Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist at Store #1206 in Green Valley, AZ. You will engage customers, answer questions, and recommend products to meet their needs while supporting sales goals.

You will handle transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix paints as required, and assist in deliveries. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; 18+ and able to lift up to 70 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales support.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending products.
• Process transactions accurately following policies.
• Maintain stock, display products, and set up displays.
• Assist in deliveries as needed and load/unload trucks.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss options.
• Follow inventory controls and strive to meet sales goals.
