Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #701682 in Fort Worth, TX. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, present suitable products, and drive sales while ensuring satisfaction and high service quality.

You will build trust with wholesale and retail customers, process transactions, stock displays, tint and mix as needed, and stay knowledgeable about products to offer the best options while meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales

Qualifications

Must be 18+ years old.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
Comply with inventory control procedures.
Suggest ways to improve sales.
