Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in Spanish.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and inventory records.
• Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep store clean and organized.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when required.
