Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and by phone, determine needs, and present suitable products. You will help achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals while maintaining store standards and accurate transactions.

Role involves handling deliveries, tinting and mixing as required, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• EOH minimum: High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend English and Spanish.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays and keep areas in presentable condition.
