Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, identifying needs and offering suitable products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and maintain product knowledge.
• Process sales transactions accurately per store policies.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and stock shelves or displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications when needed.
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventory records.
• Assist in loading/unloading deliveries and support stock maintenance and cleanliness.
