Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support two stores in Glen Burnie, MD and Pasadena, MD. You will engage with wholesale and retail customers to understand needs and recommend Sherwin-Williams products.

Responsibilities include processing sales, maintaining displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring accurate transactions. You will work toward monthly sales goals while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Able to read and follow policies and procedures.
• Strong communication in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers and drive sales.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Maintain stock, pull products from floor/warehouse, and set up displays.
• Support deliveries and unloads as needed; ensure neat, in-stock areas.
