Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers across two locations in Glen Burnie, MD and Pasadena, MD. You will help determine needs, recommend products, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting store sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, stocking, tinting/mixing products, and maintaining organized work orders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• Must read/write/speak Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee must have a meets expectations rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions with policies and accuracy.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks; assist deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable areas.
