Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Branch Customer Service Specialist in the United States. You will work closely with customers to determine needs, answer questions about products, recommend solutions, and resolve concerns to maximize client satisfaction.

You will handle in-store and phone-based interactions, assist with sales, stock shelves, tint and mix products, and support delivery operations while achieving monthly to yearly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse; tint and mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
