Job summary

The Hargis Agency, an established Allstate Agency serving the Raleigh community since 1990, seeks a bilingual P&C licensed Office Manager to lead the office, deliver exceptional service, and grow insurance sales and client relationships.

You will blend office management, customer service, and sales in a fast-paced environment, switching gears between client needs and new opportunities while maintaining the agency's strong reputation.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish – must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance industry experience.
• Ability to work full-time, in-office at our Raleigh, NC location.
• Proven ability to handle both insurance sales and customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to explain insurance products and coverage in a way clients can easily understand.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and moving quickly between different types of client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the agency office.
• Provide exceptional service to existing policyholders.
• Educate clients about policies, coverages, options, and potential gaps (in English and Spanish).
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and offer additional insurance products based on client needs.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations.
• Quote and sell Property & Casualty insurance products.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, coverage questions, and other service needs.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Resolve client concerns and problem-solve professionally.
• Transition efficiently between sales, service, administrative, and leadership responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information.
• Help keep the office organized, efficient, and focused on agency goals.
• Support the Agency Owner and help provide leadership within the office.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, compliance, and integrity.

Are you an experienced Property & Casualty insurance professional who can lead an office, take care of clients, and confidently transition between sales and service?

The Hargis Agency, an established Allstate Agency serving the Raleigh community since 1990, is seeking a Bilingual P&C Licensed Office Manager to join our team.

Our Agency Owner is a former educator who believes insurance shouldn't be confusing. We take the time to help clients understand their coverage, what it means, and how to make informed decisions about protecting what matters most.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on leadership position combining office management, customer service, and insurance sales. You must be comfortable switching gears throughout the day and handling both client needs and sales opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000–$100,000 annual earning potential, depending on experience and performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Office Manager, Agency Manager, Team Lead, Senior CSR, or similar leadership experience
• Prior experience working in a captive insurance agency environment
• Proven P&C insurance sales results
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or helping lead other team members
