Job summary

Reyes Insurance LLC in Maryland is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Professional to build relationships with individuals and families, review their coverage needs, and help clients protect what matters most.

This in-person role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule, paid vacation and sick time, mental health days, and ongoing training with growth opportunities within the agency.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work toward goals and sales targets.
• Sales or insurance experience is preferred.
• Spanish language bonus is a plus.
