Builders serves professional contractors, and we’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems for contractors, and increasing income in a positive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Sales experience preferred (construction or lumber industry a plus).
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
• Desire to grow, learn, and increase earning potential.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractor customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase sales.
• Provide product knowledge, solutions, and follow-up contractors can rely on.
• Work closely with inside sales and operations to deliver excellent service.
