Action Gypsum Supply seeks an Experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow and maintain a Texas market. You will manage a territory, process orders, and provide proactive customer service including installation guidance and product support for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities include building relationships, quoting prices, handling large accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 4+ years outside sales experience.
• 2+ years customer service in construction/building supply.
• 2-5 years building products experience.
• Deep understanding of Action Gypsum Supply products.
• Must be bilingual English and Spanish.

Mansioni

• Develop plans to grow and maintain customer base and lead flow.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to secure orders and pricing.
• Provide competitive pricing and take material orders for on-time delivery.
• Communicate product benefits and cross-sell to add value.
• Travel within assigned area to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Coordinate order status, installation guidelines, and warranties.
