Job summary

Uloop Inc. in Miami is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with a proven book of business in construction staffing. This field-based role visits active job sites, meets with project managers and supervisors, and builds long-term staffing partnerships across Miami-Dade and Broward.

You will prospect, close new accounts, and collaborate with recruiting to deliver qualified candidates. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and generous bonuses, along with benefits

Qualifications

• Verified, active book of business within the South Florida construction industry (Required).
• Outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling into the construction industry, staffing, equipment rental, building materials, or related services.
• Proven history of generating new business and closing accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new construction staffing clients throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
• Visit active construction job sites daily.
• Build relationships with Project Managers, Supervisors, Owners, and Operations Managers.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Build and grow your own book of business.
