SGA Youth & Family Services in Chicago, IL seeks an Outreach & Recruitment specialist to conduct community outreach, build partnerships with schools, social service providers, and referral partners, and present program information to prospective participants.

You will manage sign-in logs, coordinate events, and support enrollment through timely follow-ups, helping eligible immigrants learn about Illinois benefits and IFRP services.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual.
• Experience in community outreach or social services.
• Ability to engage diverse populations and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach to identify IFRP participants.
• Develop relationships with community organizations, schools,and referral partners.
• Attend events, present program information to prospective participants.
• Distribute recruitment materials and manage outreach logs.
• Coordinate follow-ups and enrollment-related activities.
