Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish; ability to interpret and translate for families and staff.
• Experience developing language access or community outreach programs.
• Ability to train staff and deliver professional development on language access.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with community organizations to strengthen partnerships.
• Deliver language access professional development for Early Learning staff.
• Identify opportunities to grow language access services across the region.
• Interpret information during meetings for collaborative engagement.
• Manage publications and write content for family communications.
