Job summary

Young People in Recovery is hiring a Program Implementer in Denver, CO. This full-time role (40 hours/week) focuses on bilingual outreach, overdose prevention education, and personalized peer navigation to help youth and families access recovery resources.

The position reports to the Programs team and supports four-county regional efforts with a strong emphasis on language access and community partnership development.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in peer recovery support, community health work, or social services.
• Lived experience in or proximity to recovery communities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual outreach and education across the service area.
• Distribute overdose reversal medications and assist with kit distribution.
• Deliver individualized peer navigation and recovery planning.
• Coordinate warm handoffs with providers and partners.
• Maintain accurate records in Pathwell and other systems.
• Participate in project training and DEIA initiatives.
