Young People in Recovery - Totalsource is seeking a Program Implementer in Denver, CO. This full-time role delivers community outreach, overdose prevention education, distribution of reversal medications, and peer navigation for a four-county region.

You will collaborate with schools, healthcare partners, and recovery organizations while maintaining records in Pathwell. The position requires strong communication, training, and a passion for helping youth navigate recovery services.

Competenze

• Experience in peer support, public health outreach, or social services.
• Familiarity with substance use disorder, overdose prevention, or recovery support strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Respond to work-related communications within one business day during working hours.
• Deliver overdose prevention education using SAMHSA toolkit.
• Distribute overdose reversal medications and assist with kit distribution.
• Provide peer navigation to help participants access recovery services.
• Maintain timely service records in Pathwell and related databases.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach and education.
