Job summary

Young People in Recovery (YPR) is seeking a Program Implementer in Denver, CO for a full-time, 40-hour week. The role delivers bilingual outreach, overdose prevention education, and distribution of reversal medications to adolescents and young adults, with follow-up support to navigate recovery services.

Responsibilities include coordinating with partners, maintaining records, and ensuring language access. The position reports to the program team and offers a full benefits package for eligible

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in peer recovery support, community health work, or social services.
• Lived experience in or proximity to recovery communities.
• Positive and supportive attitude toward all pathways of recovery.
• Technology/computer/virtual meeting experience required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work-related communications within one business day during scheduled hours.
• Celebrate victories while identifying bottlenecks or barriers.
• Maintain training and certifications as directed, including DEI and MHFA.
• Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
• Support special projects and organizational initiatives.
• Contribute to bilingual, youth-focused outreach and education.
• Document activities and outcomes in Pathwell, YPR’s system.
