Job summary

Education and Leadership Foundation in Fresno seeks an Outreach Specialist to expand access to ELF programs through culturally responsive outreach and coordination. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, community-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support outreach activities as assigned.
• Present ELF program information at events and in group or one-on-one settings.
• Support door-to-door outreach, canvassing, and tabling to engage the community and promote ELF services.
• Assist in planning and executing ELF-led events, workshops, and program-specific outreach.
• Adapt outreach strategies based on team direction and community feedback.
• Participate in outdoor or indoor events, including extreme weather conditions.
