Job summary

Outreach, a Center for Community Resources, seeks a Spanish-English bilingual Family Development Specialist to provide in-home education and support. You will visit participating families, deliver developmental activities, and connect them with local resources.

The role requires daily in-office attendance, some evenings/weekends, and adherence to evidence-based home visiting training. Strong collaboration with community partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in elementary education, neuroscience, early childhood education, social work or similar; from Four-year college.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (read/write/speak).
• Experience with at-risk populations and diverse cultures/families is a must.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits providing support in development areas: language, social, motor skills.
• Maintain files/records and data entry for program activities.
• Collaborate with partners to link families to resources and services.
