Job summary

Education and Leadership Foundation seeks an Outreach Specialist to advance equity in Fresno and surrounding counties. You will lead and support community outreach, present ELF program information at events, and engage residents through door-to-door canvassing, tabling, and public gatherings, including tax clinics, camps, and Know Your Rights workshops.

You’ll coordinate events, track outreach metrics, maintain materials, and provide referrals to ELF services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support outreach activities in the community.
• Present ELF program information at events and group settings.
• Support door-to-door outreach, canvassing, and tabling.
• Plan and execute ELF-led events and educational campaigns.
• Track outreach metrics and maintain records.
