Job summary

Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio, Inc. (CLUES) in St. Paul, MN seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide therapy in English and Spanish within a culturally responsive program.

The role supports Latine communities through direct therapy, care coordination, and program development, with a focus on accessibility regardless of insurance status. Regular supervision and collaboration with Behavioral Health staff are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited university.
• Licensed as a social worker (LGSW or LICSW) or working toward clinical licensure (LAMFT/LMFT, LPC/LPCC, or Psychologist) in Minnesota.
• Deep understanding of Latine cultures, values, and traditions, with cultural responsiveness in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive mental health therapy in English and Spanish for individuals, families, couples, and groups in various settings.
• Consult with staff and interns, attend clinical case consultations, and participate in team meetings.
• Cultivate relationships with collaborators, partners, and stakeholders to support client referrals and care coordination.
• Conduct immigration-related assessments and prepare accompanying documentation for CLUES clients' applications.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and ensure timely billing-related data.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all client interactions.
