Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking licensed Therapists to provide outpatient clinical services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role supports growth toward licensure in a supportive environment and offers supervision and ongoing development.

In this position you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with medical and administrative staff while maintaining high ethical standards.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on clients’ needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other staff.
