CLUES is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to provide direct therapy in English and Spanish across office, school, and telehealth settings in St. Paul, MN.

The role emphasizes culturally and linguistically appropriate, trauma-informed, client-centered care. The position requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field and Minnesota licensure or active pursuit thereof, with strong bilingual communication and collaboration across departments to support integrated behavioral

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology required.
• Minnesota licensure or actively pursuing licensure (LGSW/LICSW, LAMFT/LMFT, LPC/LPCC, or LP) required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with cultural responsiveness in communication and practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health therapy to individuals, families, couples, and groups in English and Spanish.
• Deliver services in multiple settings: in-office, schools, and via telehealth.
• Participate in clinical case consultations and team meetings for care planning.
• Support care coordination and referrals across CLUES programs and community partners.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and reporting.
