Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery seeks a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist to join our Southeast Counseling Center Adult Team. You will provide individual outpatient therapy to adults 18+, in person and via telehealth, within a collaborative multidisciplinary setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree and licensure readiness with a candidate permit; licensure by state boards is supported. Flexible hybrid schedule and a focus on culturally responsive care create meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in professional counseling from an APA/CACREP/CSWE-accredited program.
• Must obtain a mental health Candidate Permit within 30 days of hire and actively pursue independent licensure (LPC, LP, LMFT, or LCSW). AMHR provides supervision at no cost.
• At least two years of clinical experience for licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Knowledge of DSM-V and ability to document clinical interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual outpatient therapy to adults 18+ in-person and via telehealth.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide individual/family/group therapy.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and update as required.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure access to services and continuity of care.
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical case-management as needed.
