Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services in Lawrence, MA is seeking a licensed clinician to provide intake assessments and individualized behavioral health services for youth, adolescents and adults. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and brief assessments.
• Provide comprehensive evaluations and related service delivery for youth, adolescents and adults.
• Assess and determine next steps in support for clients with behavioral health needs.
• Document clinical encounters concisely, timely, and clinically sound.
• Coordinate with the client’s care team for a team-based approach.
• Develop and implement crisis plans and comprehensive treatment plans.
• Review and update treatment plans based on clinical needs.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups focused on crisis stabilization.
