Casa Esperanza, Inc. seeks Clinician II to deliver outpatient mental health services to individuals with co-occurring disorders in a hybrid/onsite setting in Boston.

You will assess, plan, and implement individualized care using evidence-based practices within a collaborative team. The role requires a Master's in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field, plus experience with psychiatric/substance-using populations.

Formación

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Experience with psychiatric, substance-using, co-occurring population.
• Spanish language strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with strength-based, trauma-informed environment.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Knowledge of HIV/AIDS in recovery from substance use/alcoholism.
• Experience with homelessness, mental illness, domestic violence, and the criminal justice system.
• Crisis management and intervention experience.
• Experience providing individual, family, and group interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention counseling with referrals as needed.
• Coordinate treatment plans via case conferencing and team.
• Engage external and internal service providers to meet client needs.
• Provide group treatment using evidence-based practices.
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings for treatment planning.
• Serve as a resource to the team on mental health issues.
• Adhere to program philosophies and policies.
• Maintain client and program records.
• Assist with utilization management and authorizations.
• Assist in required reporting and training opportunities.
• Attend weekly MDT meetings and supervision.
