Five Star Solutions is seeking a bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agent to support a healthcare enrollment program. The role focuses on a light sales approach, using scripted calls to help members understand and enroll in health programs, in English and Spanish.

This remote position requires delivering friendly, compliant service, following enrollment procedures, documenting outcomes in Salesforce, and meeting quality and productivity targets while protecting member privacy.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound calling, call center, customer service, sales, or enrollment experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable following a structured script while maintaining a natural conversation.
• Ability to confidently handle questions, hesitation, and objections.
• Professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible health-plan members using an automated dialing system.
• Follow established scripts and enrollment procedures accurately.

Five Star Solutions is seeking Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agents for English and Spanish to support a fast-paced healthcare enrollment program serving eligible health-plan members. This is a light sales, scripted outbound position focused on helping members understand and enroll in available health programs.

This is a remote position for those that reside in = AL, FL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY

$17 - $17 an hour

Pay $17/hr with $1 differential for nights and weekends + incentives

Hours: Monday-Friday between 9:30 AM-8:00 PM Central Time with 1 Saturday per month

Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (MST)

Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
