Five Star Solutions is seeking Outbound Enrollment Agents to support a fast-paced healthcare enrollment program. This light sales, scripted outbound role focuses on guiding eligible health-plan members through enrollment and benefits awareness.

The role emphasizes professional communication, adherence to scripts, and accurate documentation while ensuring privacy and compliance. Training is provided, and full-time hours with evenings/weekends are common.

Qualifications

• Prior outbound calling, call center, customer service, sales, or enrollment experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable following a structured script while maintaining natural conversation.
• Ability to handle questions, hesitations, and objections confidently.
• Professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to meeting performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Navigate Salesforce CRM and other required systems while speaking with members.
• Reference general health or prescription information provided in the system without collecting sensitive data.
• Document call outcomes and enrollment activity accurately.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and enrollment goals.
• Protect member information and comply with privacy procedures.

$16 - $16 an hour

Pay $16/hr with $1 differential for nights and weekends + incentives

Hours: Monday-Fri between 9:30 AM-8:00 PM Central Time with 1 Saturday per month

Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)

Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
