Job summary

Vaco is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist in Orlando to support order management, customer communications, and issue resolution in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will ensure orders are entered accurately, shipped on time, and customer concerns are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities include processing orders, monitoring open orders and pricing holds, serving as main contact for inquiries, resolving pricing discrepancies, and supporting sales teams with updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, EDI orders, customer portals, or deduction management is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
