Job summary

National Vision's America's Best is seeking a Sales Associate – Optical – Bilingual Spanish in Denton, TX. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service while supporting store sales goals and assist customers in choosing eyewear based on lifestyle and budget.

Responsibilities include dispensing eyewear, educating customers on care, maintaining records, and aiding inventory and operations. 1+ year retail experience preferred; must be fluent in English and Spanish; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent reading and speaking in both English and Spanish.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming calls.
