Job summary

National Vision's America's Best stores are seeking a part-time Sales Associate – Optical to help customers choose eyewear and support store operations with a friendly, bilingual approach. You will dispense eyewear where permitted by state law and educate customers on lens care while maintaining accurate records and answering calls.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; 1+ year in retail or customer service is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law).
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
