Job summary

National Vision, including America's Best, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate – Optical – bilingual Spanish to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our store. Responsibilities include assisting customers, dispensing eyewear and lenses where permitted, maintaining records, and supporting sales goals with a focus on service quality.

The role requires 1+ year in retail or customer service, and fluency in English and Spanish, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
