Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, seeks a Sales Associate - Optical - Bilingual Spanish in a full-time role. You will deliver excellent customer service, help clients choose eyewear, dispense glasses and lenses, and train on lens care, while maintaining accurate records and supporting store goals.

The position requires 1+ year in retail or customer service, fluency in English and Spanish, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law).
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials.
