Job summary

America's Best in Texas is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for optical products. You will deliver friendly service, help customers choose eyewear based on lifestyle and prescription, and support store operations.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. A HS diploma and at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience are preferred. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within National Vision.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• Duties may vary to meet state law requirements
