Global Impact Group LLC is seeking a bilingual Business Operations Specialist to support daily work across language services and business operations. The role blends project coordination with English-Spanish translation, transcription, interpreting, and quality control.

You will help ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery for client projects. You will work under the Business Operations Coordinator, keep assignments on schedule, and perform language tasks with confidentiality and

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to translate English-Spanish documents and review translations for accuracy.
• Experience transcribing audio or video in English and Spanish.
• Experience providing consecutive interpreting in English and Spanish, in person or remotely.
• Strong writing, listening, research, organization, and terminology-management skills.
• Ability to handle several assignments and meet deadlines without losing accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, shared files, and online meeting tools.
• Ability to work primarily on-site in Raleigh during the agreed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Translate English-Spanish documents per client instructions.
• Transcribe English or Spanish audio and video with timestamps.
• Provide consecutive interpreting for appointments or calls.
• Perform linguistic QC on others' work.
• Document errors and verify revisions.
• Track requests, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with translators, interpreters, and clients.
• Support interpreter scheduling and attendance records.
• Maintain project trackers and QC records.
• Escalate delays and client issues.
• Prepare status updates and invoicing documents.
• Follow confidentiality and information security procedures.
• Support other business operations as priorities change.
